Holistic Therapist/Wellness Coach

This is a role that requires delivering exceptional spa experiences to guests, combining therapy and yoga expertise in a professional setting.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide personalized assistance for private bookings, including yoga and meditation sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver all spa treatments to the highest standards while maintaining guest comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in treatment rooms throughout shifts.
- Courteously interact with guests, answering their questions about spa and hotel services.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as taught by Spa Treatments Manager must be followed. Relevant skills include:
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Working effectively in a team environment.
