Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive occupancy and revenue, while enhancing the hotel's brand visibility and engaging target audiences across all channels.

You will work closely with sales, revenue, digital, and F&B teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and maximum market impact. Your tasks will include creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, maintaining and updating hotel website content, coordinating with design and content teams to produce marketing materials, and tracking marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel marketing or hospitality-related marketing roles
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
