Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lighting Field Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products that meet their requirements.

With excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our organization.

You will work closely with customers to handle their inquiries, resolve issues, manage sales transactions, prepare invoices and quotations, track sales data, and collaborate with inventory management to ensure seamless operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within a retail or counter sales environment in the lighting field.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting practices for accurate transaction handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for reporting and inventory tracking.
