Grant Writer and Business Developer Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to join our team in identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and winning impactful projects in the sustainability sector.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in grant writing and business development, with excellent English writing and communication skills. They will be able to work independently and remotely, and be results-oriented with the ability to work on a commission-only basis initially.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Grant Writer and Business Developer to make a meaningful contribution to sustainable development in Oman and the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and track funding/grant opportunities in Oman and the GCC region.
  • Write high-quality grant proposals and business development documents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings and communications.
  • Maintain pipeline tracking and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in grant writing and business development (sustainability field preferred).
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the Gulf/Omani development landscape is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Results-oriented and able to work on a commission-only basis initially.
