We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Talent Development initiative, driving innovation and excellence in a globally distributed organization.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, the ability to create and execute strategy, and drive change across the company. Strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and experience in people management are essential for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to build a high-performing team, develop effective programs of management and leadership development, and design and deliver core training programs.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing a comprehensive talent development program, developing leadership performance indicators and metrics, and owning our leadership skills matrix for performance management and succession planning.
