We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our private hospital in Muscat, Oman. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and valid nursing licensure are essential qualifications for this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct patient care within the scope of practice and hospital policies
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes in condition
  • Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures
  • Educating patients and their families on proper care and management of illnesses or injuries
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Valid nursing license from country of origin (Malayalee preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations
