A Legal Support Professional (Four Years Contract)

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal and administrative support to the Legal Department, enabling efficient delivery of legal services. This role requires strong research skills, confidentiality handling, and understanding of corporate legal processes.

Duties include drafting, reviewing, and formatting a wide range of legal documents; coordinating contract execution processes; acting as main point of contact for commercial registration matters; tracking licenses, permits, and certificates; conducting legal research; assisting lawyers in creating guidance notes, template letters, agreements, and know-how folders.

This is an entry-level opportunity that requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP systems, and legal document management systems. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Higher Diploma in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP systems, and legal document management systems

- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic

- Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities
