About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced barista cafe supervisor to join our team.

  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation of beverages and food items.
  • Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and control costs to optimize profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cafe operations, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Beverage Preparation: Supervise and coordinate the preparation of beverages and food items.
  2. Staff Development: Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  3. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  4. Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to optimize profitability.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a barista cafe supervisor in a 4-5 star hotel.
  • Fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Micros operating systems.
