We are seeking a highly experienced General Farm Housekeeping Manager – Poultry to join our team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the farm, office spaces, and staff accommodations.

About You:

  • At least 8 years of experience in farm operations, with a focus on animal care, cleaning, and hygiene.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain optimal hygiene levels.
  • Supervise and participate in regular deep cleaning activities, including removing waste, disinfecting areas, and ensuring dry and clean bedding.
  • Monitor animal housing conditions to prevent pest infestations and unsanitary conditions.

Facility Maintenance:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all farm facilities, including office spaces, restrooms, and surrounding grounds.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and use of cleaning equipment.
  • Manage waste disposal according to environmental and safety regulations.

Compliance and Inventory:

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols related to cleaning and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, PPE, and necessary materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely re-stocking of supplies and equipment.
