Take your career to new heights as a General Farm Housekeeping Manager – Poultry. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across our poultry farm.

You will oversee the entire cleaning process, from developing and implementing deep cleaning schedules to supervising and participating in regular deep cleaning activities. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment will be crucial in this position.

About the Role:

  • This is a senior-level role that requires at least 8 years of experience in farm operations, with a focus on animal care, cleaning, and hygiene.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain optimal hygiene levels.
  • Supervise and participate in regular deep cleaning activities, including removing waste, disinfecting areas, and ensuring dry and clean bedding.
  • Monitor animal housing conditions to prevent pest infestations and unsanitary conditions.

Farm Facility Management:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all farm facilities, including office spaces, restrooms, and surrounding grounds.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and use of cleaning equipment.
  • Manage waste disposal according to environmental and safety regulations.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols related to cleaning and hygiene.
  • Maintain records of cleaning schedules, daily inspections, and hygiene-related incidents.

Inventory and Procurement:

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, PPE, and necessary materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely re-stocking of supplies and equipment.
