Career Opportunity:

The Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager to oversee its daily operations and execute its strategy in Oman.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the implementation and achievement of corporate business objectives and strategies in Oman.
  • Team Management: Build, enable, and retain a high-performing team by employing skilled and competent resources in the right roles.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, channel partners, and vendors.
  • P&L Management: Manage the company's P&L budget to ensure sound financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years' experience in the ICT industry, with at least 5 years covering the Oman market.
  • Over 5 years' experience in managerial and leadership positions.
  • Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or other post-secondary degrees will be considered an advantage.
