Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our onshore facilities in the Middle East oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure facility availability and efficiency.

- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and modifications.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or relevant field.

- Minimum 12 years of experience in the Middle East oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in onshore facility maintenance and construction.

Essential Skills:

- Strong foundation in engineering, including reading and interpreting technical specifications.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in man management within a matrix organizational structure.

- Proficiency with digital tools commonly used in industrial construction and maintenance environments.
