Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and effectively running the HR function by providing focused advice and support to the team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop systems and processes to aid recruitment, staffing, retention, and development of the sales teams.
  2. Align an overall compensation benchmark across all levels of the team to attract, retain, and grow required talent.
  3. Identify a talent pool mix to include local as well as expatriate team members.
  4. Design a performance management system and foster a pay-for-performance culture.
  5. Lead organization capability development with tools for training and development.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Omani Nationals preferred or at least long-term residents in Oman.
  2. University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  3. 3-6 years of generalist experience with experience setting up and developing key HR functions within a large organization.
  4. Ideally, you will have participated in an HR Leadership Development Program or have prior HR business partner experience within a large global organization.
  5. You must be a team player and demonstrate leadership and possess strong analytical skills.
  6. You must have the ability to build strong customer relationships and have an aptitude for innovation.
  7. Finally, you must be a proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation as you will be building a basic HR function into a well-organized best practice strategic function.
