Heavy Lift Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Lift Specialist to operate and control various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials at job sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set up and inspect equipment before each shift to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
  • Operate controls to lift, move, and position materials according to job site requirements
  • Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication to ensure safe operation
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow on job sites
  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a crane operator
  • Valid crane operator certification
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
  • Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
