Cost Management Specialist

You will need to access a secure platform before applying for a role.

This project involves a major mixed-use development in Oman, encompassing large commercial and public buildings, entertainment areas, retail spaces, and lavish landscaping and public realm.

  • Manage cost deliverables for the project effectively.
  • Develop client relationships within your engagement.
  • Maintain accurate cost databases and conduct market research.
  • Evaluate delivery performance based on Mace's value-driven approach.
  • Measure quantities accurately for cost models, plans, estimates, and bills.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing cost models and benchmarks using digital and traditional methods, presenting effectively to clients.
  • Leading operations that are fiscally and ethically viable, influencing the achievement of business objectives aligned with compliance obligations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the Middle East.
  • MRICS or relevant professional membership.
  • A degree in quantity surveying or cost management.
  • Leadership and management experience with diverse teams.
  • Awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts on projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
