Job Title: Senior Bakery Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Bakery Chef to oversee a specific area of production in our kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of operational and frontline staff, ensuring efficient task execution in line with defined standards.
  • Inventory Control: Perform routine inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records, following established inventory control procedures.
  • Product Receipt and Storage: Receive products, materials, and goods from suppliers, verify their quality and quantity, ensure proper stocking, and record waste items on the relevant form for inventory purposes.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare high-quality food orders following outlined recipes and chef's instructions while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards to efficiently fulfill restaurant orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in F&B Operations or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
