Job Description:

The company is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a distributed team to deliver seamless feature delivery and robust production services at scale.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Drive the successful execution of initiatives and shape the strategic direction of Launchpad's continued success.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work environment that aligns with company values.
  • Work closely with the broader leadership team to shape the direction of engineering efforts.
