**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to leading business development, capital projects, strategic partnerships, and initiatives to optimize revenues.
  • Evaluate available deal opportunities to identify their suitability against strategy and objectives, prioritizing them based on relative attractiveness and fit to the overall strategy.
  • Build, review, and update financial models, including return and sensitivity analysis for various investment opportunities, to predict performance and inform decision-making.
  • Maintain and secure business development data/information to safeguard competitiveness.

**Collaborative Work Environment:**

  • Prepare comprehensive Investment Committee (IC) memos summarizing key deal aspects, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Negotiate each stage of the transaction process, ensuring that interests are protected, optimized, and offered the best terms possible while maintaining good relationships with counterparties.
  • Review and support Investment Managers in negotiating deal documentation, consulting with Head of Legal and external counsel.
