Job Description

Zahrawi Group is a leading healthcare company in the GCC with presence in various markets. The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and analytical industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and technical support by delivering the highest level of end-user service performance.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures as applicable.
Preventive Maintenance
  • Regularly plan and perform preventive maintenance to meet Health Authority/Quality Control policies and regulations.
  • Ensure that all preventive maintenance is done for all machines.
  • Install products trained on.
  • Arrange pre-installation requirements for free commitment or local supply of instruments ordered.
  • Ensure that machines are installed properly to avoid any issues with the customer.
Machine Breakdowns
  • Regularly take corrective actions for breakdown calls.
  • Arrange deliveries of spare parts received in timely manner.
Trainings
  • Attend scheduled/train required trainings.
Administrative
  • Frequently fill weekly reports.
  • Support service coordinator in preparing Health Authority/Quality Control documents for new installations.
  • Update database of instruments with service coordinator.
  • Coordinate with Sales team regarding technical information and pre-installation site visit.
  • Share sales leads/info with Sales team.
Reports
  • Weekly report submission to Line Manager.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (or relevant).
  • Experience: 2+ years experience related to biomedical field.
  • Job Specific Skills: Effective communication skills & Good English - Time management skills - Problem Solving Skills - Excellent computer skills in Ms. Office – Ability to work under pressure - Customer Centric personality.
  • Additional Details: Candidate will be based in Oman. Has valid driving license.
