Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technical professional to take on a leadership role as a Technical Customer Success Specialist.

You will be responsible for driving customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services, and building customer simulations to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues.

As a thought leader, you will collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders to showcase the value of our services and solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills.

Skillset Required:

  • 7 years of experience
  • CCIE (DC or Enterprise)
  • Optional: Experience with Cisco Firepower
