This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned technical professional to take on a leadership role as a Technical Customer Success Specialist.
You will be responsible for driving customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services, and building customer simulations to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues.
As a thought leader, you will collaborate cross functionally with internal stakeholders to showcase the value of our services and solutions to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent communication skills.

- 7 years of experience
- CCIE (DC or Enterprise)
