Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative and HR-related tasks, including:

  • Sourcing and mobilizing talent
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Managing payroll and time tracking
  • Handling employee relations and exit management
  • Performing administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by our leadership team

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Master's or chartered qualification in Human Resource Management.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years, with at least 5 years in the GCC region and 2 years of work experience in KSA handling HR & Admin roles.
  3. Special Skills: Recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, government formalities, employee relations management, and administrative task handling.
