To be the single point of contact for all administrative and HR matters. The HR & Admin officer will work closely with the corporate HR department in all aspects of human resource management including sourcing, mobilizing, onboarding, payroll management, time management, employee relations management, exit management, administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  1. Bachelors Degree is required, masters or chartered qualifications in Human resource management are preferred.
  2. A minimum of 10 years experience, at least 5 years in GCC, and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in KSA handling HR & Admin roles.
  3. Special skills include recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, exposure to government formalities, employee relations management, experience in handling administrative tasks, and time keeping.
