Key Account Manager Role

The position of a Key Account Manager is focused on building and maintaining successful customer relationships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major customers to develop trust, understand their objectives, and align expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase loyalty and drive revenue growth through tailored solutions and services.

Key Account Managers will work closely with cross-functional teams to:

  • Onboard new customers, introducing them to our portfolio of products and services.
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers.
  • Develop engagement plans in collaboration with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of key customers, identifying growth or renewal risks.
  • Lead regular reviews with customers and stakeholders, resolving blockers with internal teams.
  • Advocate for customers internally, influencing product roadmaps and documentation.
  • Support customers through reactive ticket requests and proactive outreach.
Requirements
  • Native language skills and excellent English proficiency.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT.
  • Strong presentation skills for complex software solutions.
  • Experience improving internal processes and delivering projects on time.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of interacting across departments.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.

Additional skills include experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRM platforms.
