
Enterprise Customer Success Professional

The position of a Key Account Manager is focused on building and maintaining successful customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major customers to develop trust, understand their objectives, and align expectations.
- Identify opportunities to increase loyalty and drive revenue growth through tailored solutions and services.
Key Account Managers will work closely with cross-functional teams to:
- Onboard new customers, introducing them to our portfolio of products and services.
- Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision-makers.
- Develop engagement plans in collaboration with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support teams.
- Manage a portfolio of key customers, identifying growth or renewal risks.
- Lead regular reviews with customers and stakeholders, resolving blockers with internal teams.
- Advocate for customers internally, influencing product roadmaps and documentation.
- Support customers through reactive ticket requests and proactive outreach.
- Native language skills and excellent English proficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud, networking, security, migration, or IoT.
- Strong presentation skills for complex software solutions.
- Experience improving internal processes and delivering projects on time.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of interacting across departments.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Additional skills include experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRM platforms.
