
Housekeeping Operations Manager

This role focuses on the efficient management of daily housekeeping operations.
Responsibilities include organizing and overseeing cleaning tasks, securing room keys and auxiliary locks, and handling administrative duties such as preparing paperwork and maintaining staff records.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating effectively with guests and team members, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
Key Qualifications- A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in an Administrative or Coordinator role.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
