Housekeeping Department Manager

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, aligning with industry standards and guest expectations.
The ideal candidate will assist in arranging daily housekeeping operations, manage room keys and auxiliary locks, and coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining staff records, and assigning cleaning duties. Additionally, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
Key qualifications include a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, preferably with a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role.
Prioritize skills such as problem-solving, administration, and interpersonal communication, along with proficiency in English language.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information effectively.
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
