Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximise service revenue.
  • Manage the renewal process to retain customers at a profitable margin.
  • Recruit, induct, train, manage, motivate, lead and develop a centre team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention metrics are met.

You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements
  1. Sales/Marketing:
  • Proven track record of generating profitable new business through prospecting and enquiry handling.
  • Excellent account management skills and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to effectively manage leads and continuously update CRM throughout the sales process to close of deal.
Operations/Financial Management:
  • Experience in P&L management and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin.
  • Ability to maximise occupancy and profitability of the centre by proactively managing customers' expansion requirements.
Customer Service:
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to meet customer satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Leadership:
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to set clear performance expectations for each team member.
  • Ability to hold team members accountable for results.
