Industrial Project Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Industrial Project Lead to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and quality expectations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • To lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • To develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • To ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards and quality expectations
  • To collaborate with the management team to establish project objectives and goals
  • To perform site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues
  • To communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
  • To manage and mitigate project risks and conflicts
  • To maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and performance metrics

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in Oman
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Ms Projects, Primavera, and other relevant software
  • Fluent English language skills
