Landscape Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining outdoor spaces and ensuring they remain beautiful throughout the year.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain seasonal plantings to create stunning landscapes
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to promote healthy growth and appearance
- Weed gardens regularly to prevent overgrowth and maintain a tidy appearance
- Fertilize plants as needed to encourage healthy growth
- Maintain irrigation systems and make repairs as necessary to ensure efficient watering
- Identify pests and diseases in plants and take appropriate measures to treat them effectively
- Keep garden equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor weather conditions to determine the best time for watering and other gardening tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure successful project outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Landscape Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of plant care techniques, including pruning, fertilizing, weeding, etc.
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, etc.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems maintenance and repair
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
