The Marketing Manager plays a crucial part in developing and implementing marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive revenue, and align with industry standards.

  • Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business goals, collaborating with senior management, sales teams, and commercial departments.
  • Manage marketing resources effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and monitoring of expenditures.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor landscapes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the hotel's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
  • Administer social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), creating and scheduling content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, display advertising, and online promotions to drive bookings and engagement.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Plan and coordinate content calendars, including photoshoots and video production, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate all marketing materials against brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality visual and written content.

About this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
