Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Experiential Event Producer. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and executing events that create memorable experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Event Concept Development: Develop and implement creative concepts for experiential events, including product launches, activations, and installations.
  • Client Liaison: Regularly update clients and keep them informed of any issues or changes to ensure transparency and smooth coordination.
  • Event Production: Coordinate and manage event timelines, deliverables, and budgets; ensure smooth execution of all logistical aspects, including venue management, vendor coordination, and permits.
  • Negotiation and Budgeting: Negotiate with vendors, sponsors, and artists to achieve the best terms while maintaining creative quality; implement the budget, invoicing, and logistics.
