At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in hotel maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems, as well as a basic understanding of safety practices and tools usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities
  • Respond to guest and staff requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in energy conservation efforts and sustainability initiatives
  • Log work orders and maintain equipment records

Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or building maintenance environment, knowledge in one or more areas (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, or HVAC), basic understanding of safety practices and tools usage, ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures all facilities are safe, efficient, and guest-ready. You'll support the Maintenance team by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and assist in energy conservation efforts and sustainability initiatives.
