Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our finance team and drive strategic growth in the resort.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing large budgets.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the resort's goals
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the finance department, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Liaise with senior management and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
• Identify areas for cost savings and implement initiatives to improve profitability
• Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in finance or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
