At Six Senses, we are committed to helping people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. As Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our core pillars of sustainability, wellness, and out-of-the-ordinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate HR department efficiently, ensuring exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
  • Develop and implement human resources strategy, including manpower planning, benefits, and payroll budget, training, and induction plans.
  • Analyze employee satisfaction, conduct periodic salary and benefits surveys, and formulate corrective action plans.
  • Sustain social and environmental activities, coordinating with the Sustainability Manager and external organizations.
  • Enhance talent management for our hotel and Six Senses, constantly assessing training and human resources practices.
  • Achieve financial goals, establishing and delivering pre-established financial returns related to revenue generation, profitability, and ROIC.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management, plus 4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in luxury resorts preferred, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Computer programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and Human Resources/payroll systems.
  • Proven leadership skills, excellent command of written and spoken English.
