Solution Engineering Job Description

• Drive AI-powered transformation by designing cutting-edge solutions and delivering compelling demos.
• Influence strategic decisions for top-tier customers by collaborating with sales, engineering, and partners.
• Help organizations unlock productivity and growth by bringing AI to life across devices, cloud, and business apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities and securing the customer's solution design endorsement.
• Engage with the account team to support solution envisioning sessions, deliver hackathons, and workshops.
• Lead discovery sessions in each opportunity, yielding output of customer-agreed business challenges and win themes prioritized with business value.
• Leverage AI tools to be effective and efficient in identifying opportunities and closing deals faster.
• Proactively deliver compelling customer-centric solution demonstrations with domain expertise and emphasis on storytelling, platform & one Microsoft approach.
• Address solution architecture considerations in collaboration with GBBs and Partners.
• Handle objections by leveraging competitive replacement programs and battle cards.
• Assist in formalizing the customer proposal.
• Collaborate with Partners and Customer Success to align on agreed upon deployment plan and Key Performance Indicators.
• Ensure consumption model for Agents and adoption plan for Power Platform are in place for customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or a relevant degree and a few years of experience.
• Professional English proficiency and fluent in at least one additional language.
