Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Retail Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Field Force Management: You will be responsible for setting standards and monitoring performance in terms of KPIs, as well as conducting assessments to evaluate employee output.

  • Fronts Management: This includes managing new fronts, maintaining existing ones, and upgrading them as needed, ensuring that all display standards are met and implemented effectively.

  • Budget Management: You will be responsible for managing budgets related to your position, including verifying costs and making decisions on resource allocation.

  • Communication and Collaboration: You will need to connect with headquarters, local suppliers, and procurement teams to ensure seamless logistics and installation of display counters.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and optimize front performance to eliminate inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • Industry Background: 3+ years of experience in the 3C industry, preferably with mobile phone experience; 1-3 years of store management and human resources experience.

  • Familiarity with Human Resources Systems and KPI Rulemaking: You should be familiar with human resources systems and have knowledge of KPI rulemaking.

  • Outsourcing and Goal Setting Experience: Relevant experience in outsourcing manpower supplier management and goal setting is essential.

  • Candidate Matching Logic: You must have a clear understanding of candidate matching logic and human output landing strategies.

  • Position Management System Knowledge: Familiarity with position management systems and rules is required.

  • Language Skills: English is the primary working language, but Arabic is preferred.
