About the Position
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to suggest new ideas and solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 3 years' retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  3. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  4. Good English language skills, both written and verbal, with a basic understanding of Arabic preferred.
