Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Qureos. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Your duties will include filing, generating reports, preparing meetings and presentations, and ordering office supplies. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.

In addition, you will handle our Braxtone Club Program, expanding the service provider network, collecting funds from garages, and enrolling service providers in the program.

You will conduct market research and analyze data to understand market trends and make informed business decisions.

Other responsibilities include obtaining new product suppliers, marketing the company, collecting and analyzing market data, understanding the business through research, managing relationships with customers (insurance, brokers, and agencies), arranging meetings with potential clients, and assisting with the management of service providers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative support and business development roles, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
