Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and using your product knowledge to meet sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills and product knowledge
  • Providing personalized advice on product ranges best suited to customers' needs
  • Demonstrating the usage and benefits of various brands and products
  • Generating sales while achieving line and sales targets
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, preferably in a beauty or skincare related field
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of luxury customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
