We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Evaluation: Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Purchase Order Management: Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs.
  • Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and assist in onboarding new suppliers.
  • Performance Evaluation: Help evaluate vendor performance and address any issues related to delivery or quality.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this position. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
