The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in development, implementation, and support of Temenos T24 modules in Core Banking applications.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development of high-quality code for Temenos T24 Core Banking System.
  • Technical testing, regression testing, and assistance with UAT.
  • Supporting performance testing, ensuring audit and regulatory compliance, and COB monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • No less than 12 years of hands-on experience in development, implementation, and support of Temenos T24 (or Globus) Core Banking System in banks or financial institutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the business domain and relevant modules in T24/Globus Core Banking application.
  • Strong working knowledge of AA module, development experience in Core Banking modules, and local customization skills.
  • Good communication skills to effectively deal with users.
Tech Skills Required

The following technical skills are necessary for this position:

  • Hands-on experience in Temenos Web Services.
  • TAFJ Administration expertise.
  • Familiarity with T24 Browser.
  • Knowledge of OFS and OFSML.
  • Working knowledge of COB and multithreading concepts.
  • Ability to analyze system logs and monitor system performance.
  • Understanding of codes and adherence to standards.
  • Knowledge of Multi-app server architecture.
  • Build Control expertise.
  • COB support/monitoring.
  • Working knowledge of TAFJ.
  • Proficiency in Legacy modules of T24 (LD, MG, AC, FT, MM).
  • Hands-on experience in product setup/customization in AA modules (Deposits & Lending).
Functional Skills

The following functional skills are required:

  • Accounting knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of T24 modules.
  • Experience with CRB/CRF reporting is an advantage.
  • Experience in various versions of T24, preferably from R17.
  • Experience in T24 retail, corporate, and accounting modules.
Additional Preferences

Banking environment experience in the Middle East is an added advantage.
