Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic padel coach to join our team at Rotana Hotels. As a padel coach, you will play a vital role in enhancing our hotel's sports and wellness offerings, providing exceptional coaching services to our guests, and creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere for players of all levels.

  • About the Position:
  • Coach Players: Provide expert padel coaching sessions to our guests, focusing on technique improvement, strategy development, and overall enjoyment of the game.
  • Organize Events: Plan and execute engaging padel events, such as social matches, tournaments, and padel clinics, catering to various skill levels and interests.
  • Maintain Equipment: Ensure the padel court, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained, meeting high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a padel coach or a professional background in padel.
  • Certification in padel coaching from a recognized sports association (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of padel techniques, rules, and game strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage guests of all skill levels.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
