
Operations Assistant Manager Role

The Country Operations Assistant Manager role is a critical position in our Oman team, responsible for executing sales plans and ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share targets. If you have a strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in sales management, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies and drive business growth in Oman.
- Manage key accounts and develop relationships with customers.
- Lead a team of Sales Supervisors and Executives who handle on-ground sales and execution.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in managerial roles in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a related industry and 4 years' of selling experience in Gulf Market.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Driving license is mandatory.
