Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Resident Engineer to oversee a marine infrastructure project at a major port in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine construction, including experience with quay walls, breakwaters, dredging, reclamation, and piling. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in marine construction.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marine construction (ports, harbors, coastal structures).
  • Strong knowledge of dredging, quay wall construction, revetments, piling, and reclamation works.
  • Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Oman, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage contractors and project teams.
