We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-profile infrastructure projects, providing technical leadership, and driving results-oriented teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, a strong understanding of structural engineering, construction methods, and materials, and excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

In this role, you will oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes managing and supervising construction activities, coordinating with engineering, design, and procurement teams, and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with international safety standards and construction regulations, liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities, and preparing progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, minimum 15 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in overseas projects, and extensive experience in the construction of bridges and related structures.
