Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced training instructor to develop and deliver high-quality type training courses, ensuring all training materials align with international standards.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • A post-graduate degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Engineering/Maintenance or 5 years' experience in teaching in civil aviation environment.
  • The successful candidate will possess a recognized Certificate of Recognition or equivalent issued by an EASA/CAR 147 approved training organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver CAR 147 approved type training courses, emphasizing safety protocols throughout.
  2. Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to schedule and organize training sessions.
  3. Conduct aircraft visits as instructed by the Lead Theory Instructor and utilize CBT and other approved training devices to supplement theoretical elements of the course.
  4. Compile and update course notes and examination question databank to reflect aircraft modifications and procedure changes.
  5. Prepare and conduct approved examinations, providing hands-on experience with aircraft systems, components, and maintenance procedures.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/ transformational setting.
  • Organized and efficient with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in English (must) and Arabic (preferred).
