
Financial Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities include Financial Document Management, Reporting and Analytical Support, Updating Financial Records, Communication with Suppliers and Partners, Budget Preparation Support, Client Relationship Management, Electronic Financial File Management, and Maintaining Financial Confidentiality.
The role contributes to the efficiency of the Finance Department by preparing documents, updating records, and supporting financial management in data analysis efforts and policy implementation. This position involves processing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient workflow by working closely with the finance team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to provide administrative solutions quickly.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work overtime if needed.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration is required for this role. Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also essential. Familiarity with supporting digital/web services and understanding of travel systems and related operations are added advantages.
