Elevate Customer Engagement with Proven Dynamics 365 Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CRM solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business needs
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
  • Develop and optimize workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom applications to enhance productivity
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems, ERP, and third-party applications to streamline operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that deliver value
  • Migrate data, upgrade systems, and optimize performance to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure CRM solutions comply with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements to maintain trust
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues and provide support for end-users to minimize downtime
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform advancements to leverage innovation
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to foster growth and development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
  • Strong proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse to drive efficiency
  • Expertise in customizing forms, entities, business rules, workflows, and security roles to meet complex needs
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server to ensure robust solutions
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems to broaden capabilities
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps) is a plus
  • Awareness of Agile methodologies to facilitate collaboration and flexibility
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to drive results
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform are highly preferred
