We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our facilities team in maintaining the quality of our facilities. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and administrative skills to ensure that all facilities are maintained in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily engineering needs, plan and assign work ensuring the right team is in place.
  • Support the development of your team through coaching and feedback, creating performance and development goals, and recognizing good performance.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Advanced vocational training.
  • Two years of experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent education and experience.
  • Expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields.
  • Level 2 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificates, licensed plumber, and/or journeyman status for electrician and carpenter may be required.
