Job Title: Sustainability Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead and drive sustainability initiatives in the ultra-luxury hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the sustainability function, ensuring ongoing compliance with sustainability guidelines and the successful execution of the approved resort-specific Sustainability Action Plan. This role will be accountable for sustainability outcomes, overseeing all sustainability programs, and coordinating related training initiatives in collaboration with Human Resources and relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all sustainability initiatives reach their full potential.
  • Uphold and promote sustainability principles, ensuring that all brand initiatives are fully embraced, adopted, and effectively implemented within the resort.
  • Manage the Sustainability Fund on a monthly basis, ensuring funds are collected and distributed transparently and effectively, while documenting the projects and initiatives it supports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key community organizations, including schools, special interest groups, local government departments, and tourism associations.
