Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist will analyze different services in voice and data technologies like 2G/3G radio, CS Core, PS Core, transmission, VAS, IGW, and WiMax. You will be responsible for defining the Key Performance Indicators reports for (CS, PS, VAS, RAN, WiMax & PSTN) and ensuring that the KPIs (SLA) are met.

You will define a dashboard for management and ensure proper analysis takes place as required. This includes establishing guidelines for network quality management and defining all relevant performance indicators.

About the Job

In this position, you will work closely with the network and service quality team to define the main KPIs for network and service quality, track those KPIs, and provide trend analysis and action plans to management.

You will prepare high-level assessments for management regarding network end-to-end status and trend analysis, and prepare periodical high-level network quality KPI reports while monitoring existing KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Benchmark the KPIs with key operators, especially in the Qtel Group, on network and services quality
  • Provide technical focal points for KPI reporting and trend analysis
  • Prepare high-level assessments for management regarding network end-to-end status and trend analysis
  • Prepare periodical high-level network quality KPI reports while monitoring existing KPIs
